Process of plastic aluminum separation:

1. crusher: crushing aluminum plastic materials, after crushing, the finished material is about 10 mm;

2. automatic feeding machine: put the crushed aluminum plastic materials into the automatic feeding machine, so that they can be fed evenly;

3. milling machine: grinding the aluminum plastic mixtures into very fine powders.

4. rotary vibrating screener: sifting the aluminum plastic materials after grinding, the materials that meet the particle requirements through the bucket hoist into the high-voltage electrostatic machine for final process, the material that does not meet the requirements is returned to the mill for grinding again;

5. hopper: dust collection and discharge;

6. high-voltage electrostatic separator: separating the metal and plastic in electrostatic separation method so that the aluminum and plastic have a complete separation.
