The production process of recycling waste lithium ion batteries adopts physical abstraction method, through mechanical crushing and centrifugal separation, black powder, copper, aluminum and carbon are abstracted, recycled and reused, and the recovered copper, aluminum and carbon powder are directly used as raw materials in copper processing and rubber processing industries. The dust in each section is collected by negative pressure and treated by bag type dust collector, and the organic waste gas is treated by spraying system + activated carbon adsorption + photolysis, and then discharged through 15m exhaust pipe. Except for dust pollutants, no other pollutants are emitted from the whole production line, and the process selection meets the requirements of clean production.
