To make quick lighting hookah charcoal, it is a systematic process, it needs several machines to support. Here Leemay Machinery would like to share the cequens step by step. 

First of all, the material we'd better use to make shisha charcoal should be fruit charcoal or hardwood charcoal, like apple tree wood, etc. 

Process 1: Crushing 

One set crusher is required to crush the charcoal less than 1mm, the smaller size of the charcoal, the better for the finished charcoal quality. 

Process 2: Mixing

We can use one mixing machine to blend the charcoal powders with the special additives. In this process, we may need other auxiliary equipment, like vertical can, pump, conveyor, etc. 

Process 3: Pressing

The pressing process makes the forming job which compress the impact charcoal powders with mixture into solid shaped charcoal briquettes. Here commonly the finished charcoal is with coin shape, cookie shape, etc. The mold can be customized according to users’ need. 

Process 4: Drying 

We can build the drying house to heat the wet charcoal from pressing machine, and the weight per charcoal 33mm is about 6.5g.  

Process 5: Painting

To make the colorful hookah charcoal, here the painting system is one of the necessary part during the whole line. Make the mixture of pearl powder, resins, etc. to paint on the surface of the charcoal. 

Process 6: Drying for the second time

After painting, we need to dry the colorful shisha charcoal for the second time to get the good quality charcoal. 

Process 7: Packing 

Choose the proper packing machine, sealing machine and filling machine to complete the final job for sales.
