Working principle:

At the bottom of the shredder, two motors drive the deceleration motor on both sides to run, and the reducer drives the rolling of the cutter shaft when running at low speed. Double-axis rotation is adopted at low speed. After the materials such as iron sheet and colored steel tiles are put into the chassis of shredding machine, the equipment uses the knife claws to grab and fix the materials, and then squeezes them to complete the whole material shredding process.

The shredding machine is mainly composed of feed hopper, double shaft cutting system, Plc control system, discharging conveyor system and transmission power system, etc.

1.Feed hopper: Put the material to be crushed, so as to prevent the material from splashing out.

2.Double shaft cutting system: Using different blades according customers' materials.

3.Power system: We choose famous brands of motor in China, can also be configured according to customer needs.

4.Discharging conveyor system: It adopts independent power system, and that power system is integrally fixed on the shredder by bolts, so that the power system can be integrally drawn out.
