Leemay LMN Series furnace, designed in horizontal type, also called horizontal carbonization furnace, is widely used for carbonizing raw biomass materials such as long wood logs etc. into charcoal materials, which is an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly equipment for making charcoal for BBQ use and industrial field use.
LMN Series furnaces use the special steel plate and thermal insulation materials to ensure the carbonizing performance, and the generated smoke and gas also will be purified by purifying system to protect the environment, right now, these new strong and powerful furnaces are widely popular in home and overseas market, like India, Kenya, Tunisia, Indonesia, South Africa, etc.
1. Advantages:

2. Working process:
A. Put the wood logs/sawdust briquettes into the furnace by removable loading cages.
B. Light the fire to heat the furnace.
C. Watch the temperature go higher to 300-350℃.
D. The generated smokes from inside furnace start to heat the furnace and the wood materials are being carbonized. And the temperature can go up to 600 ℃.
E. The carbonizing period will last 2 natural days.
F. The charcoals are naturally cooled down.
G. Take out the finished charcoal products.
